Hello again ☺

A little update and I want to share a wonderful project with you :-)

I've had ups and downs since the last time I posted on my blog.
My family,  Erik ( my lovely man ), FB friends and your comments dragged me through some really dark episodes and I feel I'm getting grips on the illness now.
Last week I even felt like creating again !!! I can't work for long at the time but the feeling is back and I think that is a huge improvement !

My dream is to sell this house in Vianen and entirely dedicate my life to creating art, together with Erik, in our German house.
Well, that's on hold for a bit....
So I wanted to share this dream-project from Jo and Dylan James aka Cart Before the Horse.
I've never had idols in my life, never been the type of girl who could be hysterically cry in admiration of some pop stars. I have to confess, I would have to severely constrain myself if I ever have an opportunity of meeting Jo and Dylan :-) To me these wonderful people are living my dream.
And now.....they have come up with the ultimate dream !
I'd say, read all about it and grant them a piece of their wish by donating a little or big part of their dream.
And there is a bonus ! You will be rewarded !!

Wouldn't it be great to see this amazing couple living their dream, I know I would !

  1. Glad you are feeling better Helen. I love what this couple is doing too...my husband and I did that for a little bit (well just me being the artist, he did his own thing) but travelled in the RV for a year, it was the BEST thing I've ever done. Hope to do it again soon! I hope this couple gets there, I'm happy to help them!

I have introduced you to all my friends in this neighborhood, and they will all talk to me in amazement about what you create. Whether it be the painting you sent me or your felted birds or your felted/sewn dolls or your clay figures, everyone lights up when they see your Art! Everything you have ever created is breathtaking and enchanting. And I am also so excited to go and see How I may help the Cart before the Horse artists (Well..and honestly- I WANT a Prize!!! 14. Oh, bless you and your family and for all that you are going through. I pray that your positive attitude and your willingness to NOT give yourself over to chemicals, will do you well. I think that's incredibly brave and I would hope that if I was faced with a similar illness, that I would have the strength to follow your path. I just found your blog yesterday when I saw your felted Pinky from quite a while ago. I was shocked when I looked up the 2013 blog posts and found what a turn your life had taken. Stay strong, positive, confident... you will prevail!
