This morning, my gnome guest came to join me at my kitchen table ( sometimes he sits with me as I watch television and gives funny comments ) and told me this wonderful story of a Gnome and a squirrel.
Couldn't wait to get my needle and wool . . . . . .
Helen, I have to say that I was shocked to read that this is your kitchen! I thought I was looking at the inside of a dollhouse! Everything in this room is so pretty - how can that be in real life? You must live in an amazing world! Thanks for showing us!
ReplyDeleteChristine! How nice from you to say that!
ReplyDeleteWhen I moved into this little house there was just me and my son ( he was 12 ) I could decorate it how I want without considering a "man's " opinion. So flowers on the wall and sweet colours !
Since a year I have a sweet man who moved in and he loves it too.
B.T.W. everything is second hand or made by me :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the beginning of your squirrel! And yes your home is so cozy and wonderful! =)
ReplyDeleteBarby :-) Thank you !
ReplyDeleteOh yes, your kitchen is so sweet and lovely! It looks very peaceful there. The beginning of your squirrel is lovely--can't wait to hear the story and see the finished squirrel!
ReplyDeleteJennifer
Thank you Jennifer !
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that to find a real man to live in one's real dollhouse ;)
ReplyDeleteHahaa Very cool Christine ! (I think because I'm more of a tomboy then a doll he puts up with it)
ReplyDeleteLove the squirrel's beginning! I can't wait to see him finished! I was wondering; what does Pinky think of your woolies? They look so real. It must puzzle her.
ReplyDeleteRobin: Thanks! I have needle felted Pinky a couple of times and when she hears me poking she hides under the couch pillows and sighs :-) and ignores me and the things I've made.
ReplyDeleteOh my - your kitchen is so lovely !
