Well like good old Gnome tradition I wet-felted her boots and hat.
She is very proud of them!
She insists on wearing an apron ( where else would she put the little snacks for tiny animals) and a long skirt.
All I have to do now is sew the apron and maybe embroider her hat.
I"ll think there is a Gnome father waiting for her. . . . .
That was very fast work! :) She's absolutely lovely. I love her rosey cheeks, her hat, her boots... in fact I love everything about her! How do you get your seams so perfect? :D I've only ever tried a little hand sewing and I'm really not very good at it, wonky seams all the time. I'm also terrible at designing patterns. Your work is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sharon, I sew the dolls with my sewing machine, not by hand, and I use a invisible ink marker to trace the patterns and sew over the marks :-)
